zone bbs broken?

Hi all. I think the zone bbs access number for the UK is broken. it reads:
44-20-02227093


the code for london is either 0207 or 0208 translating internationally to 0044207 or 0044208 as you drop the first zero from the international dialing code. so could the number be either of these? taking the mistake as being the appearance of a the second zero after the two? should the number be either of these:
00442072227093
or 00442082227093??

Yes the London ZBP number is incorrect but at the risk of being pedantic - in fact fuck the risk, I *want* to be pedantic - there is one code for London which is 020. I work with it every day and it causes endless problems because the new code was never properly publicised.
Anyway the upshot is that the new number *could* be 4420 3222 7093. So, what is the new number? Tell us quickly so I can get off the edge of my seat ...

ah yes, there is 020 3 too? hmm. dam! too many numbers! hehehehe
